Eligible returns
- Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost. Original shipping is non-refundable.
- Damaged or defective products are eligible for a full refund including shipping. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number to support@certifiedpeptides.health.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Not eligible
- Opened or used products, except in cases of confirmed quality issues.
- Products lost in transit are handled separately under our shipping protection — see the shipping policy.
